Who we are

Tallywo is a task and project app for teams, at app.tallywo.com. These terms cover the app and this website. By using Tallywo, you agree to them.

Early access

Tallywo is free during early access. While we're building it, features may change, move or go away. We may end early access, and if we do, we'll tell you ahead of time.

Your account

• Keep your login safe, and don't share it.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Only add people to your organization if you're allowed to do that for your organization.

Your content

Your tasks, projects and other data are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Tallywo for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Tallywo to:

• do anything illegal;
• abuse, harass or harm other people;
• send spam;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using Tallywo at any time. To have your data deleted, send us a message. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty, and limits on our liability

We work hard to keep Tallywo running well, but we provide it "as is," without any warranty that it will always be available, error-free or right for your needs. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits or lost time, that come from using Tallywo. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also let you know in the app or by email.
